Delivery
All our shipments are sent with either Royal Mail or DHL and are trackable. Pieces that are in stock will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days. For express delivery we dispatch within 24 hours. If you need your order for a specific date, please contact our customer service team before placing an order to ensure that your delivery will be in time.
UK Delivery
Standard delivery in the UK is free and will be sent by Royal Mail Delivery service for purchases below Β£1000. For higher cost items we will dispatch with DHL. Express delivery charges will be calculated at check-out.
International Delivery
For our customers outside the UK the shipping cost estimate will be calculated at the check-out.
Payment Options
We accept most credit cards and PayPal. Please contact us if you wish to pay via bank transfer.
Exchange and ReturnsΒ
It is possible to amend or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us atΒ contact@santalomas.com with your name and order details. You may be able to exchange or return any ready-made pieces within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the pieces are unworn and in their original condition. Products that show signs of wear or use will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Custom-made orders or personalised pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days from the date of delivery by returning your order to:Santa Lomas Ltd, 53 Davies Street, London W1K 5JH, United Kingdom.
Once the items have been received in the office any requested refund or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days: we will send a confirmation of refund / exchange to the email you used to complete the original purchase setting out the exact timelines.
Please note that any shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item you are returning for exchange has a different cost to the item you are swapping it for, you will be charged or refunded the difference as the case maybe. For the exact amount of any refund or credit please contact us atΒ contact@santalomas.com
